From the moment we booked until the end of the tour, the company stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp and was very attentive. They even checked in afterwards to ask how everything went, which was something no other tour company we used in Sharm did. We were lucky because that morning it was just me and my friend, so it felt like a private tour. We had plenty of time on the ATVs and never felt rushed. Saif was great throughout the experience. I was actually scared to ride the camel, but he encouraged me to try it, and I'm glad I did! I also want to mention the Bedouin camp. I saw some reviews complaining that locals try to sell bracelets or souvenirs. Honestly, this is part of how many local families make a living. If people come and offer something for sale, a simple "no thank you" is enough. There's no reason to get upset about it. For future visitors: bring sunglasses and a scarf—they are absolutely essential because of the dust. The company recommends them for a reason.I would also suggest wearing long pants and a light long-sleeved shirt because the dust can be intense. As for people complaining about not driving faster, please remember that these tours are done in groups and safety comes first. The guides have to make sure everyone stays safe. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour.
